A Guest lecture on " The Power of FeedForward" by Mr. Murali Venkateswaran, Group Process Eacilitator, The Catalyst was organised by PPG Business School . The lecture gave a clear insights on Feedforward. The power of FeedForward is a process to generate positive and action oriented ideas. It helped the students to understand how to focus on proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, risks, or opportunities before they occur. It involves taking preventive actions and implementing measures to ensure smooth operations and positive outcomes.
