HR Role Play 2026

PPG Business School conducted an engaging HR Role Play on the Recruitment and Selection Process to provide students with practical exposure to real-world hiring practices. The activity simulated the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower requisition, job description preparation, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation. Students actively assumed roles such as HR managers, department heads, interview panel members, and job applicants, gaining firsthand experience in conducting and participating in interviews. The session enhanced their understanding of structured interviewing, selection criteria, and decision-making processes.
